Returns

Return window

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery. The 30-day clock starts the day the order is received, not the day it is dispatched.

Condition

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all manufacturer tags and protective film intact. Shoes should come back in the original box, inside an outer shipping carton — the product box should not be used as the shipping box.

Fragrance, cosmetics and personal-care items are returnable only unopened, with their seals and cellophane intact.

Made-to-order, personalised and engraved items are not returnable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

How to return

Write to info@vetrina.boutique with your order number and we will issue a return authorisation and shipping label. Orders shipped within the European Union are returned free of charge; returns from the United Kingdom or Switzerland are at the customer's cost.

Refund process

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method within five working days. Original shipping charges, where they applied, are not refunded.

Faulty or incorrectly-shipped items are refunded in full, including any shipping charges you paid on the outbound order.

Exchanges

Exchanges are handled as a return plus a new order. Place the replacement through the site once you have the return authorisation, and we will refund the original order on receipt.
