Returns

We want every order placed on vetrina.boutique to feel right once it arrives. If an item is not what you were hoping for, you may return it under the terms set out below.

Return window

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. The 30-day clock starts on the day the order is received, not the day it is dispatched.

Eligibility and condition

Returns are accepted only for items in new condition: unopened, unworn, unused, in their original packaging, with all tags, accessories and protective materials attached and intact.

Items that have been used, worn, washed or altered, and items whose original packaging, tags or accessories are missing or damaged, cannot be accepted.

How to initiate a return

Before shipping anything back, please email info@vetrina.boutique with your order number and a short note on what you would like to return. We will reply within a few working days with a return authorisation and confirmation of the return address.

The original receipt or order number is required in all cases. Items returned without prior authorisation cannot be processed.

Return shipping

Returns are sent by mail at the customer's expense. You may use any carrier you prefer; a tracked and insured service is recommended, as Vetrina cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.

Original outbound shipping charges, where they applied, are not refunded.

Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt. There is no restocking fee on eligible returns.

Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund may take a few additional working days to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

If you would prefer to exchange an item for a different size, colour or product rather than receive a refund, let us know when you email us. We will confirm availability and arrange the exchange as part of the same return process.

Defective items

If an item arrives damaged, defective or not as described, please contact us as soon as you notice the issue, with a photograph where possible. Defective items are accepted for return even after the 30-day window has passed, provided the defect is reported promptly. Faulty items are refunded in full, including any outbound shipping charges you paid and, where appropriate, the cost of return shipping.

EU statutory rights

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you have a statutory right of withdrawal under Article 52 of the Italian Consumer Code (Codice del Consumo, D.Lgs. 206/2005), allowing you to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. The 30-day return window described above is offered in addition to, and is longer than, this statutory minimum, and nothing in this policy limits your mandatory consumer rights.
