Terms of service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or placing an order through vetrina.boutique (“Vetrina”, “we”, “us”) you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns Policy. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the site.

2. Ordering

Placing an order on Vetrina constitutes an offer to purchase the items in your cart at the listed price. Your order is accepted when we send an order confirmation email. Until that point we reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, for example where an item is out of stock, where pricing information has appeared in error, or where we are unable to obtain payment authorisation.

All prices on the site are in euro (EUR) and include applicable VAT. Shipping charges, where applicable, are shown at checkout before the order is placed.

3. Payment

Payment is charged at the point the order is placed. We accept major credit and debit cards as indicated at checkout. Card details are processed by our payment provider; Vetrina does not store full card numbers on its own servers.

4. Delivery

Delivery times, regions served and shipping costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss and title in purchased items pass to you on delivery to the address given at checkout.

5. Returns

You have the right to return items within the window set out in our Returns Policy, subject to the condition requirements described there. This is in addition to any statutory right of withdrawal under applicable consumer-protection law.

6. Intellectual property

Trademarks, logos, product names and product imagery belong to their respective owners. The Vetrina site layout, editorial copy, and brand marks are the property of Vetrina and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Vetrina's aggregate liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount paid for the items in that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other matter that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any dispute relating to the site or to orders placed through it falls under the jurisdiction of the Italian courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply in your country of residence.
