Regions served

Vetrina ships across the European Union, the United Kingdom and Switzerland. Orders to other destinations are available on request — write to us for a quote.

Delivery times

Orders placed before 12:00 CET on a working day are dispatched the same day; orders placed later, or at weekends or public holidays, are dispatched the next working day.

Typical transit times from dispatch:

• Italy — 2 to 4 working days
• Rest of EU — 3 to 6 working days
• United Kingdom and Switzerland — 7 to 10 working days

Larger and fragile items may take longer; the product page notes any exception.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping within the European Union is free on orders over €250, and €9 on orders below that. United Kingdom and Switzerland shipping is €18 regardless of order value.

Orders shipped outside the EU may incur customs duties and import taxes at the destination. These are payable on delivery and are not collected at checkout.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. If it hasn't arrived within 24 hours of the dispatch email, please check your spam folder or contact us.
